Guess what I have?
That’s right. It’s a finished, final, hardcover of TIME BETWEEN US!
I captured the moment it arrived on video. If you want to meet my good friend, Heidi — who read the very first draft of this story — and my husband, Mike — who read the first draft and every one that followed (poor guy) — check it out! It’s really long but my friends and I had fun making it.
Or, you can just skip to the beauty shots.
These photos don’t do it justice. You have to touch this paper and see the sheen to truly appreciate it. You guys, it’s so beautiful. Huge thanks to Whitney Manger, the designer at Hyperion, for creating such a stunning cover.
Love this color blue! And the silver type… Wow. Love.
This is what it looks like on the inside:

Oh, those lovely quotes in the pink type get me every time. These two incredibly talented authors — Elizabeth Scott and Melissa Marr — read Time Between Us and said such nice things about it! I’m so honored, and grateful for their support.
I doubt I’ll ever forget how it felt to read Elizabeth’s initial email, where she shared her thoughts about this story and the impact it had on her. I read it over and over, and was simply moved beyond words. Thank you, Elizabeth!
Both Melissa and her daughter (who happens to be a runner!) read Time Between Us while they were on vacation, rock climbing in Yosemite (you have to read this book to know how perfect that is). I was completely blown away by their enthusiasm for Anna Greene and her daring adventure. Thank you for your lovely words, Melissa!
In honor of these two fabulous women, I’m giving away something I know you’ll want: their latest books!
Enter to win a prize pack that includes:
- A hardcover of Elizabeth Scott’s Miracle
- A hardcover of Melissa Marr’s Carnival of Souls
- A signed hardcover of Time Between Us
Of course, I’ll throw in bookmarks and stickers and the usual stuff too.
So go to Goodreads and enter to win these THREE BOOKS! Contest closes at midnight on Tuesday, September 25. Open internationally.
Also, my friends at Hyperion were very generous and sent me THREE more advance copies, so next week I’ll start giving away the last of the signed ARCs!
And on Tuesday, October 9 — four weeks from now — Time Between Us will be sitting on bookstore and library shelves.
